Are The Patriots Running Up The Score?

Of course they are.

It doesn't matter why they are doing it. What matters is that it is starting to tick off the opposing teams.

If the Patriots keep running up the score I wouldn't be surprised to see somebody from an opposing team take a cheap shot on Tom Brady late in a game. I wonder how everyone would feel if Bill Belichick's arrogance caused Brady to get injured and miss the playoffs?

I'm not saying it is going to happen. I'm just saying that the Pats are lucky that the dirtiest player in the NFL (Rodney Harrison) is on their own team. I could easily see Rodney trying to take out an opposing quarterback's knee if the other team was running up the score on the Pats. But, don't think for a second that there aren't a lot of other "Rodney Harrisons" out there playing for different teams in the NFL.

Sometimes it only takes one play to end a team's season. Coach Belichick just needs to ask himself if it is worth the risk.
