Former UK player and Tubby Smith assistant, Reggie Hanson, has been hired as an assistant to Stan Heath at the University of South Florida.
Reggie was one of my favorite players back in the day. I wish him all the luck in the world at USF. Reggie got blamed for a lot of the bad recruiting at UK while he was an assistant during the Tubby Smith era. I would imagine that it will be quite a bit more difficult to recruit players to USF, so I guess we'll soon get to see what kind of recruiter Reggie really is.
